BREAKING: OrthoDx has been formally shortlisted to progress to Stage 2 of the Biomedical Translation Bridge (BTB) Program powered by MTPConnect. The BTB program is an initiative of the Medical Research Future Fund, providing up to $1 million in matching funding to nurture the translation of new therapies, technologies and  medical devices through to the proof of concept stage.

May 2020: OrthoDx has been selected as a Successful Applicant in the LS Catalyst Investor Connect Program at Digital RESI, and ranked within the top 35 companies globally, and as a result will be featured in the Innovation Challenge at Digital RESI.

May/June 2020: OrthoDx is pleased to announce that it will be participating in the Life Science Nation Global Innovation Partnering event, Digitial RESI, where we will showcase out technology virtually and engage with potential partners, investors and strategics.

April 2020: OrthoDx intends apply to participate in the Johnson&Johnson JLABS Children's QuickFire Challenge to pitch our genomic technology for use in the field of pediatric surgery.


April 2020: OrthoDx continues to make major progress and meet developmental milestones for the validation of SynvIchor genomic diagnostic test with multiple joint aspirate samples being sequenced in the genomics laboratory. 

March 2020: OrthoDx successfully pitched at QODE Brisbane, being selected to participate in the Life Science category Finals Pitch Black Competition.

March 2020: OrthoDx Founder and CEO Dr Antony Rapisarda has been extremely pleased oversighting and performing his own sequencing of samples in the Molecular Genomics Laboratory at QUT with the new OrthoDx extraction kits for validation. With the successful completion of this task the validation cohort should be optimized for higher throughput to match the significant increase in numbers
